Baked bacon has its own specific light taste and a pleasant aroma that is not confused with anything. The main condition for the preparation of tasty bacon is fresh meat, fragrant spices and a simple recipe.

What do we need to cook bacon in a full oven.

  • Bacon – 1.2 kg
  •   Hours – 1 head
  • Salt – 1 teaspoon
  • Pepper fragrant – 4 pcs.
  • Laurel sheet -3 pcs.
  • Foil
  • Rosemary dried

Recipe for bacon in the oven.

  1. My meat is in the water.

2. Spices are transferred to a mortar, or a convenient inventory for you, and grind.

 3. Next, add the garlic, and flutter together with spices.

4. Add salt and mix everything together.

5. We prepare the mixture to rub the meat and let it smear for several hours, it can be wrapped in a food film, or put in a sealed dish for the time of marinating.

6. After meat is pro-marinated, we wrap it in a fullwood and bake in the oven for 1 hour at a temperature of 180 °, a few minutes before being ready, open the fullwood and raise the temperature to 220 °, so that the bacon becomes rosé.
