What do we need to make this chicken?
- Water – 0.5 liters.
- Sugar – 1 tbsp.
- Salt – 3 tablespoons
- Vinegar is balsamic (if not, then apple) – 50 ml.

- Black peppercorns -10 pcs.
- Highly aerated mineral water – 400 ml.
- Oil – 3 tbsp. Spoons

- Juice of one lemon
- Water – 50 ml.
- Salt, black pepper
